To study and prepare documents for SOW (Statement of Work)/ WBS (Work Breakdown structure) and organisation structure for the project under consideration

Objectives

• To list all the documents required to prepare the SOW/WBS for the project
• To decide the chronological sequence for the activities involved in preparing process flow diagram
• To identify various interconnections associated with the process flow diagram
• To implement the sample activities and check its efficacy
